Why Take the EFR Course?
While the Rescue Diver course teaches how to assist a diver in distress, the EFR course focuses on primary care (CPR) and secondary care (first aid)—giving you the tools to help save lives before emergency medical services arrive.
There are no prerequisites, and this course is open to anyone who wants to make a difference in emergencies.
What You’ll Learn
Through a mix of self-study and in-person training (about 6 to 8 hours), you’ll gain confidence and competence in a wide range of emergency scenarios.
