Cenote Chikin Ha

Fly over a boulder-strewn alpine valley

Some cenotes are small passages, some are winding tunnels, and some, like this one, are a series of large rooms.

Chikin Ha in particular, features enormous fallen boulders the size of a small house that, in combination with make the diver feel like they’re flying over an alpine boulder field. Chikin Ha also features incredible haloclines, lightshows, and an entrance that give a good all-around introduction to cenote diving in the region
